Are Pachamamas products organic? 

• Yes, all plants used are grown organically and zero pesticides or toxins. 

Where are you located?

• Shop is located in Pomona, CA. 

Which plant will work best for _______? 

• There are a multitude of herbs you can take, but getting to the root and discussing which plants would be best on an individual level is the best approach. You can book a donation-based wellness consultation here on website. Click Here!

• Emails/ Call/ Texts will be responded to within 1-3 business days! Thank you for your patience.

Which type of payment do you guys accept?

• Pachamamas Remedies accepts ALL major credit cards. We are currently not accepting PayPal for business reasons! You can also pay through venmo, zelle,  or apple pay. 

How many days until I receive order? 

• As of right now, depending on product, processing  times are  3-14 business days. Business days do not include Sunday, Monday or personal holidays . Processing times can be extended due to high volume order; sales and backorder inventory! 

Can I cancel my order?

• There are no order cancellations after 48 hours. 

Do you allow returns?

• If any problem with product, please message directly and we will discuss further.
